I am applied for HSMP under 28 years category. i have 5 years of graduate level work experience in research centre of top asian/indian pharma company. I am angaged in pharmaceutical research and development sinace oct'1999. I could not reach senior level still .

I am well experienced in operating sophisticated lab instruments used in pharma R& D. During the experience i gain valuable AND ADVANCE technical skills.

I HAVE VERY SPECIAL JOB to work in special research team of 14 members ( in 250 membered department ) called " International Operational Division " which is responsible for submitting company's work/DOCUMENTS to USA / UK / Europe / RUSSIA Market authorization / approvals.

will HSMP TEAM CONSIDER MY " experience with specialist position " ?

IS SPECIALIST POSITION REQUIRES MANAGERIAL POSITION IN ORGANISATION ?

it doesnt have to be managerial. according to the HSMP guidance notes it says
7.2.3 A specialist position is normally one that may not have any particular managerial role but requires a very high level of technical or artistic expertise.
so if you can show that your current position meets that requirement you should be able to get the 50 points.
