any possibility for my partner?

I am on Tier 1 general.

I have been with my g/f for 7 years - not cohabitating - in Australia. Of the 7 years we have spent one year in UK co-habitating but do not have any bills nor bank a/c in our joint names. We have lots of emails, etc to prove our relationship.

Her work-holiday Visa is expiring and she cannot get Tier 1 nor Work Permit to live/work here in UK.

If we open a bank a/c in our joint names now and then she goes back to Oz can I apply for a dependency Visa in a years time (we will be in a Long distance relationship)? This will be based on the fact that we have co-habitated in the same address for a year (proven by both our seperate bank a/cs having the same address) and the a joint bank a/c starting now for a year.

No, u need to proof of cohab for 2 years, and this a strict criteria.
