Any problem if partners (spouse) financial support for ILR ?

Hi All
I am going to apply for ILR soon . I am the main applicant.
1) Can I say I get money from my wife (dependant) for family Maintenance in SET(O) form as I am jobless now?
2) My bank balance for the 2 months is very low but for the last month is OK. Any problem on this?
3) Can I tell in SET(O) form that my child get fund from my wife?
4) Can I attached my spouse bank statements with SET(O) form to prove that we can maintain the family with her fund?
