Dear,

I am Nazim, a Business development manager within Global Citizen Realty, we offer a really intriguing Franchise opportunity (Real estate company) that leads you to a Tier 1 Entrepreneur VISA

Certainty about a GCR Franchise as qualifying investment under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Program

The Home Office has confirmed that investment in a GCR Franchise estate agency is acceptable under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur program on condition that the GCR Franchise estate agency will not be involved in letting properties or act as a landlord. The reference for this policy reply is “SOPRU 3029”.

Certainty about bonds issued by GCR’s real estate finance company as a qualifying investment under the Tier 1 Investor Program

The Home Office has confirmed that an investment in bonds issued by the real estate finance company established by GCR will not fall foul of the Tier 1 Investor program “property investment company” restrictions. The reference for this policy reply is “SOPRU 2063”.

I would like to discuss these opportunities, i am happy to help with any matter.

Please contact me on my details below.
