Any suggestion related to DV on immigration act?

In the few weeks, many voices and suggestions about revolution on
immigration act had been raised out, such as the speech in California
of Howard Berman on 26th February 2006.

But I experienced that it mainly focus on illegal immigration and
working visa such as H1B visa, it rarely or seems none about DV
and anchor baby citizenship.

Do you know that any news or suggestions had been raised out
or support to add/amend/cut DV and anchor baby citizenship
from any senators or congressmen/congresswomen?

Because I can't find any information, thank you very much!
