Anyone appealed against the 3 month backdating of Child Tax

Hi
I have appealed against the CTC awarded, backdated 3 months under the ILR -JR. I have got a Tribunal hearing in the next few weeks. Have we got anybody in the group who has taken this any further ? and if yes, what were the outcomes.
