anyone applied ILR 2 months before their current leave ?

Hi All,

Just want to check if anyone here have applied ILR 2 months before their current leave have run out and they were not able to complete the residential qualification of 4 years and 11 month. In theory you should apply extension and apply for ILR once your residential qualification is completed.
I know that you can apply for ILR after 4 years and 11 month but just wanted to check if anyone has applied for ILR before 28 days of their residential qualification period?

If yes what was the outcome ?

Yes, there have been many cases of where people have applied for ILR more than 28 day in advance of 5 year qualification period.
All the applications were outrightly rejected
