ANYONE FROM BROOKS COLLEGE LONDON (WHITECHAPEL)

Hi, guys i applied for student visa extension from brooks college london in april 2009 at the time of application it was on the register but later on in june it was withdrawn from the register. me, like other students started looking for another college and in the august i sent new visa letter to home office through the solicitor that i have changed my college due to closer of previous one. but it seems to me that my ECO did not get new letter (but we got a proof of delivery that it was delivered to HO) and after one week i received a refusal saying that my college is not on the list, i appealed against the decision and appeal date was set on 30th of september 2009 but week before the appeal date i received a letter from AIT that appeal has been adjourned when i called to know the situation i was told that too many people are appealing on brooks college that's why judge has not decided yet what to do and we will let you know when new appeal date will set . since then i have been waiting for the new appeal date but everytime i get same answer .
Anybody have the same situation or if someone has win their appeal in particular case please share here .thanks
