Anyone have any idea how FT sent decision by post?

Dear All,

does anyone have any idea how FT send decision by post, does it come via recorded delivery / Signed for or normal first or second class?

any comments welcome and I guess people who have there decision will be able to answer this.

I think it's recorded delivery. It will be sent to your lawyer. You will not be sent a copy.

Wrong information .

FTT send decision in first class normal post ie not recorded.

And also FTT will send a copy to appellant as well along with a copy to lawyer/Solicitor or any representative .

I made the post based on my personal experience. The tribunal did not send me a copy and when I requested for one over the phone, I was told to send my request via email. I did so and they replied that it had been sent to my legal representative and I should contact him for a copy.

You will get it on Monday insha Allah. You will get a copy and your solicitor will get a copy aswell.
Its the appeal allowed letter!!!! Get ready for cakebox visit ;)

Post will be sent on 1st class delivery (no signature required) to u and ur solicitor both. So just wait and watch, I wish u a very good luck mate.

Thanks shah05 .... So far i hvnt received anything yet as it was sent on thursday so i guess its not first class as firsy class usually come next day so i guess its second class and i hope will hve it by monday hopefully

Also, if you don't get the appeal letter in 3 working days. They can tell you the decision over the phone. My appeal allowed letter was posted on Wednesday, when I rung on Thursday, they told me if I don't get it on Friday they will tell me the decision by phone on Friday. But then Alhamdolillah I received it on Friday.

@rehan, actually mine came on 1st lass post, last Thursday. My hearing was on 30th January and I recieved letter on 5th feb. letter was posted on 04th feb. hope u will get on Monday by latest or as therock mentioned u can call n ask.

How are you?
Do u remembered we both had a hearinf on same date. Well my appeal is refused. I am going for upper tribunal.
I hope u got ur visa. And yes they send it by first class on both address...

Yes maqeel i remember and i will suggest u to apply for upper tribunal and alao my appeal is allowed today and we havnt received any letter yet but tht is what i been told over the phone by tribunal and same been told to my team member n letter is only sent to our reprensentive only and thy hvnt received anything yet either
