App Form Help with First Pasprt for Indian Child born in UK

Hi,

I am applying for first passport of my son who is born in UK. I have a few queries below, please answer them.

1. What should we do for the specimen signature at the first page of the form, shall we take a thumb impression of the child on it?
2. Whose signature/ thumb impression should we provide in item number 29 on the last page of application form, there are two boxes?
3. Should we provide the signature of parents in item number 28 on the last page as well?

Your other post suggests that you are on either Tier 2 General or Tier 2 ICT. What is your current status in the UK?

Are you applying for a British passport or an Indian passport?

Does the other parent of the child have either ILR or British citizenship? If not, then the child does not have a right to a British passport.
