APPEAL ALLOWED BUT NO IMPLEMENTATION YET

MY APPEAL WAS ALLOWED ON 21 JAN 2010 AND SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL-IN LETTER TO SEND A PASSPORT.. CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW AND WHERE TO CONTACT THE EXACT DEPARTMENT TO GET THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION AND CALL-IN LETTER PROCESS TIME???????????
