Appeal Allowed by FTT. How long HO takes to issue Visas?

Our (family of 4) FLR-FP application was refused in March 2024 with an appeal right and the appeal has been pending in the FTT since. We have not heard anything yet from the FTT regarding the hearing date. My daughter is 7 years old now. I am unsure what I should do now to notify the change of circumstances along with the new ground. Shall I inform the Home Office or Court? What are the required documents for a 7-year-old child? Some key information is below:

1. Application was fee -waiver.
2. Refused with Appeal right for 4 of us, 2 Adults, 2 kids (7 and 2)
3. No Hearing date yet from FTT,
4. A 7-year Child qualified for IRL now.

Any advice or guidelines will be much appreciated.

Our FLR FP appeal for a family of 4 allowed by FTT on 07.02.2025. How long Home Office will take to issue a visa for us? What is the process now? Shall I notify HO or is it too early to do so?
