Appeal Allowed in Jan 31

Hi guys my appeal was heard in hatton cross in jan 21st and allowed in Jan 31st 2014. The HO did not appeal up to now and it is six weeks gone by. My big dilemna is that i'm a married guy and my wife of late has become unbearable to a point that i have reached my breaking point. The main problem between us is finances since i have been jobless for a while. She has constantly insulted me and threatened to chuck me out of house coz she cannot afford to support me any more. I'm not allowed to work and i do report every week at a local police station since i came out from detention. My appeal was allowed based on the fact that my son is a British national and he cannot be compelled to leave UK. he is 10. the other factor was act 8 of HR. I had initially applied for ILR which they refused with right of appeal. If my wife chucks me out can that change HO and decide to refuse my appeal or issuing the leave i had sought. I do not have close friends who can lodge me so i was thinking to surrender my self to HO and declare myself homeless and destitute. I'm so stressed up that i feel fed up. who do i turn to. Please advice me b4 i loose it.

Thanks guys for reading and lacking an answer to my misery, i got my Appeal implemented within 6 weeks prior to the judge determination day, i'm lucky i received my Biometric resident permit card on 25th march. Good luck guys.
