We have applied team entrepreneur. last June 15th went court
But home office barrister doesn't come there after judge told us all the points has been awarded by home office than why refused. if they don't want to give visa ,they would not given a points all the points awarded so I allow all the appeal to remit proper consideration .i have recived decision letter from ftt on 22/6/15 .one and half month later 31/7/2015 I recived a refusal letter from home office .this time they have taken 75 attributes points but last time they given 95points rest of all same refusal reason and my partner doesn't get any refusal from home office .even home office doesn't ask me single documents after ftt allowed appeal ,straightway refused again !
