Appeal allowed in Sep2013, no reply from ECO india

Hi,
I have applied student visa in Nov 2012 and got refusal dec2012. went to tribunal and tribunal allowed my appeal in sep 2013. I email to ECO lots of time firstly he asked our copy of decision. they got their copy of judgment from tribunal in dec2013. but there are not replying my e-mails from jan......how long they gonna take to issue visa ???......any other way ???.....or what i can do on this stage ????
