Appeal almost 6 weeks and no decision yet

My appeal was on the 24th of December and I am yet to receive a response. I called the tribunal last week and was told that the judge was yet to make a decision. The appeal itself lasted about 10 minutes and my lawyer and the home office representative did not have to defend anything because I had provided a witness statement countering everything the home office said in their refusal(contract was signed electronically and name not on advert which was clearly visible). The home office rep agreed with my statement and asked the judge to make a decision. Lawyer said to expect good news but I'm still waiting. Has anyone else been in this position?

I have not heard anything yet since October 2013. UKBA withdrew my case on 25th OCT.
