Appeal attended feedback from barrister

Hello everyone,
I have attended appeal and my barrister give me this feedback. Can someone explain me is there any chances I can win the appeal.
FeedBack :
( " The appeal went well. I explained to the client after the appeal that he would not be able to succeed under the rules as he accepted (in conference and oral evidence during cross examination) that he had not provided the correct information with his first or indeed current application. The fact the Home Office missed this previously and he was refused under a different head is not of assistance to him. It did not make the incorrect material correct.

I pointed out that there was no Article 8 consideration in the refusal in respect of private life and the decision was not in accordance with the law. It should be remitted and a new decision issued, taking account of the new material now produced.

If this happens, the client has the added benefit of a new decision, no new application fee, extant leave whilst this is being considered and hopefully a positive decision with no new appeal needed." )

Refusal reasons :

Money was in pound in one letter
email address was missing in one letter
bank write "authorized instead of regulated from appropriate body"

I apply visa through a representative and he provides me all draft formats. I provided letter from my previous representative in which he admitted his mistake.
