APPEAL DISMISSED Work Rights Exhausted ?

If the appeal is dismissed do we still have right of work ? or all working rights will be exhausted at this point .....even if we go further in upper tribunal appeal process ?

you continue to keep the rights on your previous leave to remain until the final result of your appeal is released. if you want to keep your working rights for now, you must continue to appeal, however it could be a waste of time and money if you continued.
