Appeal information in Islamabad

Hi, My wife visa was rejected and was given a chance to appeal against it.

She has sent her Appeals papers in beginning of December 2011 in Islamabad Pakistan.

Can someone please tell me who do I need to contact to find out if they have received the papers.
