Hi Guys,
Glad to know you all here. I wish I could have come here earlier, then I might get more chance to succeed in my ILR OR FLM.
I am spouse of a British. I failed in my ILR.The reason is ' The secretary of state is not satisfied that the marriage is subsisting or that each of the parties intends to live permanently with each other as husband and wife'.
Home Office sent me AIT-1 form to appeal inside the country. Here my question is ' Can I appeal outside the country using AIT -3?' OR ' Appeal inside the country using AIT-1 BUT choose leave after the appeal pending?'
I rang Home Office, they asked me to contact appeal Tribunal. Then I rang appeal Tribunal, they said I should contact Home office because they are not clear whether I have the right to appeal outside UK.
I have got a year consulting contract in China and now it is crucial time for all 7 projects headed by me. It is less morale and irresponsible to stop the contract at this moment. So I need to go back to China.
The reason for me to appeal is to provide more evidence to prove my relationship with my husband who based in UK. Hopefully Home Office could change the reason to refuse my ILR... I am wondering the reason Home Office refused me could affect my future family permit application in China ( I am limey's wife. More detailed info of my case please see...

Please give me advice... Many thanks......
