hi all, I wanted to know what is the appeal processing time in London,im going to submit my appeal tomorrow what will be my hearing date aprox, thank you

if you are going to first tribunal it will take max 1 month to give you their feedback and if you are going UT it will take 2 to 4 weeks max

yeah but I want to know how busy they are lately, and im going to FTT, I just wanted to know what will be my aprox hearing date, and im sending my appeal form by post,it would delay the process a little bit?

yes by post it will delay... because there is a rule until they received your post they wont count and it will be very dangerous. because if you have 5 working days to appeal and if the post will not reach to them in 5 days. they will reject your appeal straight away... its better to fax them

no its a next day delivery so im not worried about that, im more concern abt the aprox hearing date, any idea guys,
