appeal refused

Hi All,

Can you please help me - my EEA 2 appeal was refused in April and i applied for the permission to apply to the upper tribunal which has just been granted. Another judge looked at it and agreed that a mistake was made in the first appeal. Do anyone knows the time frame involved in going to the upper tribunal and if there is any other thing i can do.
