Hi Guys and Gals,

Hope all of you are doing well.
Ok so this was my last topic http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 823#239823
and my hearing was last week and it took 15 sec. max. time I was in front of judge and he declared that he has allowed my appeal. Sweeet isint it.

Ok now I have a different query, how can I prove to employers that I am eligible to work in UK? Any link or government website because I was informed that it will take around 10 working days for letter from tribunal to reach me and I dont want to waste any time because I believe I have wasted enough already....more than enough.

As always your views and suggestions are greatly appreciated and I am sure someone in some corner will benefit from comments.

Congratulations on your successful appeal!

My solicitor gave me a letter where she explained my situation in detail and stated my current status as well. It could help you to keep your position for a short time. Promise your employer to show the visa in 10 weeks and I think you should be fine.
