Appeal

Hey ,
I have been living in the UK, for over 10 years came to England in 2003, I then went to college up until 2005.
I apply under the EEA as I got a British citizen child with her passport, I was then giving the rights to work in May 2012, I was then send a second letter to continue working my employer webt through the right path to make sure I was allowed.
My application was refused early this year, I appeal when to court and I was grant the Appeal, in the long page of letter they explain, everything and that I fall under the EEA regulation but only to receive a letter that the HO apply for a UT APPLICATION,
am so on the edge not knowing what to do, any help.

Well HOvcan appeal, but it does not mean they will get permission, or if they get permission, they will ultimately succeed. They will only be granted permission there are arguable error of law in the judges decision. They will only succeed in getting the decision set aside, if the error is made out, and found to be material.

If they succeed in getting permission, then there will be an error of law hearing, and prior to that, you will be expected to send a rule 24 Notice, stating whether or not you intend tovoppose the appeal.
