Appeal Tier 1 Extension

Hi

My Tier 1 extension has been refused due to maintenance of funds and at the same period i had my savings account in UK which i have not produced with my extension application. Can i show the savings account now with the appeal ?

What documents i should send along with my Appeal form ? and how long it takes for the entire process ?

Yes you can, despite the fact that you will get a lot of people advising you otherwise.

Appeal process generally takes six weeks after AIT has recieved you appeal request.

Yes you can submitt new evidence in support of your appeal in your case statement for saving account but better write a cover letter explaining why you didn't submitted this statement with you application if you were aware that you have not maintained the required funds
