appealing against decision refusing entry clearance

My parent were refused entry into the UK and I wish to appeal against this decision. I also want to show my partners earnings as these were not shown on the original application. Will this be considered when reassessing or is it a waste of time?They were refused on the grounds that I do not have enough funds in my account to support their stay here and send them air tickets but I have other funds in savings accounts not put on application.Someone please advise asap.Regards

Yes, you can supply fresh evidence in none pbs appeals. In 90% of the cases, judge will consider this evidence so do not delay and send them along with well drafted grounds of appeal (explain your circumstances and intentions in details in that)
