when an immigration decision comes against a student,

is the onus on the ho to tell the student of their appeal rights or on the

student to find out.

Appeal Rights are subject to section 82. The UKBA usually informs the applicant.

Anybody know that if the H.O. withdraw the case from appeal on The Tribunal,how soon we can get the visa in UK?thanks
