Application for Canadian Student Visa without Standard Test

Hello all,
i gain admission into MUN in Canada with my West African Examination (WAEC) result which was used as my English Proficiency. I also have SAT but was not ask for by the university when i apply.

I will like to know if I can apply for my Canadian Student Visa, without any problem(s)of English Test at the Embassy?
