Application for citizenship through marriage.

We live on my husband's mother's farm. The utility bill (electricity) is in my mother-in-law's name. We do not rent the property. The cable TV and internet are in my name. (car and related bills, life insurance, bank accounts also I have) Is cable TV accepted, is it a residence permit? Will it affect my application if I apply for social welfare?

I do not understand your question. It is not a residence permit.

Not sure about this, but probably no - you have to staye it in the application form, though, so don't quote me on that.
