Application for EEA2 Residence Card

Hi All

We would be grateful to get advice and responds towards my EEA 2 residence card application. We just move to Scotland last month from Czech. My wife is from Czech Republic and I'm preparing to apply for EEA residence card. Please could some one let me know the list of the documents required. Regarding Jobs my wife is seeking for a job and on maternity leave. How could we get evidence of seeking work from Jobcenter or from a recruitment agency?

On my side, My EEA Family permit is valid till first week of June. My question is do i have a right to start work here now in Scotland before my application. Also how long does it take to receive COA letter?

We will be more-than happy if someone will advice us.
