application for ILR as spouse?

Hi all,
My wife and I have been married for 5 years before entering UK on my 2 year permit free visa in Jul 2001. Wife then obtained her work permit Oct 2001 and just obtained her IRL, together with our children, in Mar 2006. I had my leave extended on my wifes WP visa as spouse in Mar 2002. But what complicates matters is that I have TWES from Jan 2002 till Jan 2003 and my own WP from Oct 2003 because my employers insisted on applying for it. I am planning to be self employed in six months.

I would be grateful for some advice as to whether it is possible for me to apply for ILR, and if so, which form to use.
