Application for sponsors license

I appreciate if anyone could assist me in my sponsorship application.

I am a franchisee of a company and struggling to recruit. Therefore I have decided to make an application but the only problem is my contract with the head company is ending in next two years. The contract will be extended as the business is on rolling contract. Is it possible to apply for sponsorship license at all ?

Wont be a problem, just make sure the job role you want to fill is eligible and that you meet the minimum salary threshold. What business sector are you in? There is a good chance if it is fast food the licence will not be granted unless it is management role.
