application for Visa????

Hi, i have been following this forum for along time now. i am due to go to pakistan to get married in April 2012. I have read alot of comments about visas being rejected due to evidence of communication.

I have been in contact with my wife to be for over 2 years. however i have some itemised bills from Lyca Mobile from sept 2009 for about 4 months. i then went onto use phone cards of which i now know is not accepted as proof. i have printed off all my itemised billing this goes back about 18 months. would it be sufficient if i highlighted the calls made and inserted the card onto the page.

also i am preparing my documents to hand in at the end of april. i will take with me my wage slip and bank statement to the end of march 2012. is there a deadline for me to hand oin the documents as i have read here before that there is a certain time period?

I assume your applying for spose settlement visa.

Your question is: will your last wage slips and bank statements from March 2012 be valid around 28th April 2012, ie a gap one one month?

I too would like to know how old the last pay slip / bank statement could be when you hand in the application.

I would guess one month would be the maximum time.

ok thats fine. i thought that was the case

I was guessing really, if any other member has more info on how old a bank statement can be upto the date of the application it would be appreciated.

When i applied for a fiancee visa (4 years ago admittedly) - the last payslip I had was over 30 days old as the new one was issued while I was away.

There were no issues.
