Application Form error

I realised after sending the visa application form that I had made a small (but admittedly stuipd) omission in the form. ( completely forgot to fill in the passport no- although I did include the copy of passport page as required) . Is there a way to send a correction to application to Missisagua or do I have to wait to see if they return the entire application and add 1-2 months to process.
