Application Form for Dependent of ILR from Outside the UK

This one is a very basic question.

I recently got my ILR stamped through the WLR->Tier1-> path.
I got married about 2.5 years back.
My wife initially joined me as a dependent of WP, and was with me in the UK for just about a year.
Her visa gfot upgraded to Tier 1 dependent when I upgraded mine.
She had to leave to India for the delivery of our baby last june and has been there ever since.
We are planning to apply for her dependent visa.

What visa application form should we be using.

On checking with the VFS we got a reply advising us to use VAF4 which states it as an application for dependents.
But at the same place it mentions using the FLR(M) document.

I am sure this has been discussed plenty of times in the forum, but am not able to find it currently.

Please someone reply to the query or someone just reidrect me to the correct post, we would be very grateful
