Application Form for ILR Dependent

Dear All

I am apply ILR on long residence route. I am currently on my husband Tier 2 General Dependent visa

Could you please advise which form my husband need to use to become my dependent?

Will that be form FLR(M), but that says that its an extension

Can somebody please assist?

After you are granted ILR, FLR(M), 5 year route, is correct.
