Application form for tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Hello,
I am applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa
Do I need to send the application form with All 56 pages?because few pages r for extension and not relevant to my initial application.

What should I write in covering letter?plz advice me and oblige.

send the whole application form whether some parts of it relevant to u or not. covering letter is nothing mandatory but if u wish to give one just point out what u have included with yr application form
