Application form Question

Post by Wakizashi21 » Tue Oct 08, 2019 7:38 pm

Hi,

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

Do I need to give details about my failed spouse visa back in 2010/2011? applying for the spouse.

Regards,

😂 you aren’t answerable for someone else’s visa regardless of their relationship to you.
If you applied for a spouse visa for ur self and regardless of whether it was approved or refused, it must be stated for the question

let me just rephrase....

Do I need to add her student visa rejection in 2010 onto the Application form?

(it should be Student visa that was rejected and not spouse visa)

And I REPEAT-
ALL immigration applications must be stated regardless of whether they were successful or refused..
