I need some help in filling the tier 4 application form:

In section 6.20 about outstanding maintainance fee.
I'm wondering what to write here? Should it be 800*5 ? (my course is for 5 months)

Also I dont have a hardcopy of my bank statement, but I printed an online version and got the bank to stamp it. Will that be ok?

Very simple

Course fee...Write full course fee like say if course fee for six month course is £2000 then you would write £2000

Maintenance...4000(5@£800 If college is in London Otherwise you would write 5@£600=£3000 for college outside London).

Yes you would write £4000

Total=£4000 plus full course fee

Yes if bank statements are certified and show all necessary details according to Tier4 Guideline.

Forgot to mention that I have been studying for 6 months during the past 6 months.
So I believe the fund I need to show on my bank stateement is only £1600 (£800*2).

With regards to the oustanding maintanance section:
Should I write £1600 or £4000?

So you are applying for visa extension not entry clearance.

Then answer would be different.

Maintenance:$1600(2@£800) for college in London otherwise It would be £1200(2@££600)

Fee:Total course fee for six month course as course is less then nine months

Total=£1600 +Course fee
