Application Options

Post by whitegrim » Mon Feb 02, 2009 10:55 pm

I once read in the official Canadian site that an applicant has two options to apply. In first the applicant can submit his documents with his application and the decision will be based on those documents. In the second one the applicant has the opportunity to just send the application to be in queue and when the turn comes up the documents will then be required.
Now my first question is that whether both options are still available???
If someone uses first option to send all the documents with the application, then whether can he submit other supporting documents such as increase in experience later on to get more points ????
I also read that when the documents are not attached with the application as in the second option, the applicant still has to write about the details of the points. Now consider that I dont have 67 points. But after one year my points will reach 71 or may be more, can I still apply with the second option now at this time??? When I submit application there were no documents attached but the details I have given might change later on then how to deal with this situation ???

Many THanks
