application query

Post by christophercpotter » Sun Nov 06, 2011 4:12 pm

I am currently applying for renewal of my tier 1 general visa and have been filling out the application form. I initially came to the UK in 2007 as a working holiday maker. I then returned to UK in 2009 as a Tier 1 migrant. Therefore in question
D2: ''where did the applicant obtain entry clearance or a visa before travelling to the UK'' Do they mean for the INITIAL entry i.e. in 2007 as a working holiday or LATEST entry in 2009 as a highly skilled migrant? Similarly in D3 ''what date was the entry clearance or visa issued'' are they meaning my working holiday 2007 or tier 1 2009? In question D9/D10 they ask when did I arrive in the UK and for what purpose are they referring to my initial 2007 working holiday or 2009 tier 1?
