application refused - please help

Hi, this is rupinder from Chandigarh I am a post graduate and working as a Lecturer since 4 years my wife is also working in same field she is also a post graduate, I have applied for immigration Skilled worker under point system. I had sent my application without IELTS certificate to delhi office for further processing after getting approval from Canada office in the month of Feb 2010. I applied for IELTS exam on 23rd march but on 25 march Canada immigration office Delhi issued a letter regarding refusal of my application due to not providing IELTS (Total points 59). I sent them as reply I'll provide IELTS In 30 days. On 27 of April I sent them my IELTS certificate (Score - 6.5 Bands) and but till date i have not received any reply or no application status online.

Please let me know will they reprocess my case or i have to apply again ?

Also please let me know what to do now ?

Or will they refund my money ?

After your file was approved by Nova Scotia, did they sent you a letter, requesting further documents? If they did, and you hadn’t sent the IELTS with that or an explanation as to why you hadn’t enclosed IELTS, then they would make a decision based on the information you sent.

If they refused the application without requesting other documents, that sounds very strange to me.

You may want to follow up with your CHC as to where the case is.

As for the refund, that is only available if Nova Scotia rejects the case. Once the file is sent to the processing CHC, no refund is due.
