APPLICATION REFUSED ??? :(

hi all,
after a long wait finally got the decision over the phone.They said its a refusal, shattering me completely. claimed for 105 they have given me 0.
Dont know what to do now............???

0 sounds very harsh. Is your application over 28 or under?

It would appear that HSMP Team deemed the entire application and supporting documentation fraudelent and as such rejected it in its entirety. They must have had some solid intelligence. 5 yr immigration plan will shift employment authorisation e.g. WP etc back to the British Diplomatic Posts overseas...they often have better intelligence given they have a more detailed knowledge of local 'systems'....they tend to see dodgy applications daily.

hi all

still have not rec the docs. my app was under 28.
claimed for 105 got 0

age - 5
education - 15
spouse - 10
past earmings - 25
work exp - 50

all my docs were properly attested by the notary have send the originals and the copies as well.
waiting for the docs then will give the details.
is appeal can be done.... ???? and how much time it takes.wats the process like ???

Let us wait for his papers. I think he has got 0 points for Earnings and experience.Cant give 0 for entire application.

With respect to the OP and no inference upon his character the Home Office will sometimes find all details pertaining to an applicant to be fraudelent including age. In many countries births are not registered or the process has been recent/ is shoddy. In contrast such in the UK dates back to the 19th century (1800's). It is thus easy to get a birth cert to fall in the under 28 category but likewise it may be a caseworker error. Without seeing the applicant's file everything here is speculative but that the application received 0 points is telling. It
