Application of settlement Visa for Parents over 65

Post by rexlove1209 » Thu May 22, 2008 4:31 pm

Hi, I was hoping if anyone can give me some advise on applying this visa. My dad is getting his 65 at the end of June and my mum is 56.

I have become a UK citizen last month and I am planning to get them to the UK and live with me permanently.

Would anyone tell me if I can get my parents ( Both of them) to the UK as my mum is not yet 65, shall I return back to my country to get the visa done and also what sort of documents do I need to hand in to the home office? Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!
