Application submitted and got married later...Reapply ??

Hi,
I am working on H1-B visa in USA and have submitted application for Canadian Permanent Residency last month. I have got engaged now and may get married in 6 months. Should I reapply for myself with my would be wife together or just my would-be wife or should I get my residency and then apply for her.
Please help...

Wait. When you get married (assuming by then you have your AOR and file number) you will then fill the necessary forms and pay the fees for your wife then. You will need to send copies of marriage certificate and police report for her too.
