Application under Subclass 475

Post by robinhood » Sat Aug 07, 2010 5:13 pm

We are applying for this visa through an agent. The process was started in May 2009 and as of today, The agent advised that my skills assessment is awaited (the previous assessment was positive, but the nominated occupation was taken of the SOL list). The agent also advised that all the offices are closed and we will only get the assessment result back by August 15th or 30th of this year. After which my application will go to the next stage of state nomination.

Could someone please advise if this is the correct information I am getting from her. I am starting to lose faith in this agent and we have already paid a substantial amount to the agent in order to get this visa.

Any help or sharing of experience will be much appreciated.
