Hi everyone, I submitted an ILR super priority application earlier this month and attended biometrics appointment yesterday. Today I received an application update email from
home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk mentioning that "Unfortunately, there has been a technical error with your application and so it cannot be processed in time to meet the super priority service standard the fee for this will be refunded in due course. You have our deepest apologies for this inconvenience". That's all on the email and no details were provided about the error. UKVCAS reconfirmed that the biometrics and files had been submitted for me successfully. So I would like to see if anyone else has received a similar email recently. I think if this is an IT issue, then there should be more applicants being affected. If this problem only applies to me, I wonder why the email was not telling me what I need to do then, eg resubmitting supportings or biometrics. Any idea? Also as it said I would be refunded, does it mean that I will be put to standard service, ie 6 months waiting time to get a decision, or I will still be getting super priority service as those technical problems are not caused by me?
