Application Waiting Times

We applied for a Fiancé Visa at VFS Cochin and on their website it says 100 percent of applications are decided within 60 working days.

Today is our 60th Working day - should we Write to British High Commission rather then Emailing/Calling??

Also;

it says the visa is under process at the British High Commission.

Is the general message?

As already advised, please contact local BHC (email/post/phone). Only they can advise on the status of the application and why it has not yet been approved.
