Application with fee waiver

Post by BlessedbyGod » Fri Mar 21, 2025 3:17 pm

Hi there hopefully can get advice. I applied for a fee waiver which I got. I have now applied for parental visa 10 year route about a month ago.

I am expecting to get some money paid to me in about a month, I'm just wondering if they are still going to check my account again before granting the parent visa and if I have about 10k in my account when they check, will they cancel the fee waiver?,

Also what is the chance of me getting recourse to public funds, I have a very serious illness and my daughter is diagnosed with autism. Thanks

Seriously? You’re looking for the professional and ethical moderators on this forum to help you commit fraud? Why are you coming here to live off British taxpayers? You will not be able to claim benefits because you do not have ILR or citizenship! It’s time for you to get a job and start paying your own way and stop living off British taxpayers. You are the reason that British people are starting to hate immigrants.

I guess you didn't see where I said I have a very serious medical problem? I also have a daughter who is diagnosed with autism?. I guess all that doesn't matter because I'm an immigrant. I've lived in this country and paid taxes. I have contributed and I have NEVER taken 1 penny of public funds!.

You’ve applied for a fee waiver, yet are wanting to hide the £10,000 you’re getting. That is fraud.
