Applications Which Refused After 3 Months of Submission

HI ALL

I would likr to find out how many students got a refusal after 3 months of submission of their application. As far as I have noticed Students who got refusal they got their passport back with in few weeks time.
As I am waiting for my passport from October and no positive or negative reply from HO, but I have seen some students got their passport back who applied after January-2009.

If anyone got their Passport back with PSW VIsa who applied after January-2009 please let us know including their college/university name, My thinking is students who are waitng for their passports from October-2008 their further checks are completed and HO is not sending their passports due to some other reasons.

If they have to refuse our applications than they will do straightaway and give us reasons but their is no reply.

PLEASE LET US KNOW WHO APPLIED AFTER JANUARY-2009 AND GOT VISA OR REFUSED?

I've gotta friend applied in february 09 and got visa in March 09 exactly in 3 weeks.. He graduated from London South Bank University...
